Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped from the United States.

We use discreet packaging, with no reference to or its contents. You must be at least 18 years of age to order from and by using this site you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. We will never knowingly ship an order to any persons under 18. 

Please confirm your shipping address is correct BEFORE  you check out. We are unable to change the address of your shipment  once it has left our facilities. We are unable to help you if you are a) no longer at the address used when placing the order,  b) no one is present when the package arrives, c) if you made a mistake filling out the address information, d) you fail to or do not claim it in time from a shipping facility/postal service.

Products returned to us for any of the reasons above will be returned into inventory automatically. You are responsible to pay the corresponding shipping charges to reship the order plus a 10% (of the total order value) restocking fee.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving them. You’ll receive an email with your order confirmation and another one when your order has shipped, which includes your tracking number information.

Orders received after 11 AM Eastern Time may begin processing the following business day.

Orders placed from the United States mainland

We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.50 for all orders. Your order will be shipped using USPS Domestic Priority Mail. Allow 2-5 business days for delivery to USA addresses. Before contacting us please contact USPS or visit their website with your tracking number to obtain the current delivery status of your order.

If your order is marked as delivered - please check for an advice slip or check the location USPS placed the item in - eg Porch, under verandah, etc.

Orders placed from Canada

We offer a flat shipping rate of $10.99. Your order will be shipped using USPS International First Class Package. Allow 10-15 business days for delivery. You can use either the USPS website to track your order or  alternatively, you can use Canada Post tracking page to do so.

Orders placed from Europe, Asia and Oceania

We offer a $20 flat shipping rate. Your order will be shipped using USPS International First Class Package. Delivery times vary but please contact us if you have not received your order within 15-20 business days. Before making a purchase, ensure that the item can be lawfully imported and comply with all local rules and regulations. You can use your tracking number on your local postal service provider website to follow up your shipment.

The above timeframes are estimates and to be used as a guide only. Shipping times are subject to stock availability and exclude clearance/customs delays.

Additional Fees

As custom policies vary from country to country, please check with your local customs office on the import terms for your country. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country and are not included in the shipping fees.

Nadgerz Inc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and have no control over, nor can predict what they may be. They are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

You can also check your order status from our website. Click on the ‘Chat with us’ icon in the right bottom corner and go to ‘Track my order’ option. Or type in ‘track my order’.

If you haven’t received your order within the time frame specified above in ‘Shipping Rates and Estimated delivery times’, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, even if they are still in sealed packaging and have never been touched. We have no way of knowing that a package has not been opened or a seal replaced.

All sales of our products are final, therefore we recommend that you do your research before you buy. In the event that your product is defective, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we’ll send you a replacement at our discretion. Manufacturing defects are covered for a maximum of 12 months from the original date of purchase. This policy applies to products purchased on this website only, it does not apply to products bought somewhere else. If you buy one of our products from a different supplier, please contact them directly to check their return/refund policy.
